Terms and conditions of stay

  1. All rooms are non-smoking room. You may smoke at the designated area.
  2. At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change.
  3. Any loss or damage to the room or equipment in the room during your period of use will be charged accordingly.
  4. You will be charged accordingly for the room keys you lose or fail to return.
  5. Any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the room, grounds or car park remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping.


Hours

Check in - 1400 hrs.
 
Check out - 1200 hrs. (Late check-out with RM10 extra charge per hour after 1200hrs)
 
Reception - 24hrs operation (Late night check-in are welcome)
 
Guests who arrive prior to check-in time may use our facilities or leave their bags with us whilst exploring the city. Likewise, guest with late flight or bus may leave baggage with us at no additional cost.


Children Policy

Children below 4 years old is Free of Charge and Child above 4 years old will be charge as extra pax for RM20


Booking Policy

  1. All room rates are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), inclusive of 10% service charge and 6% service tax.
  2. All reservations must be guaranteed by Credit/Debit Card or deposit (via phone booking) for the reservation to be confirmed.


Guarantee Policy

  1. For reservations guaranteed by credit card or deposit at time of booking, rooms are held until hotel check-out time the day following arrival.
  2. For reservations not guaranteed by credit card or deposit at time of booking, rooms are held until 6pm (local time) on the day of check in.
  3. In the event more guests arrive than can be accommodated due to hotel overbooking or an unforeseen circumstance, and hotel is unable to hold rooms consistent with this room hold policy, hotel will attempt to accommodate guests, at its expense, at a comparable hotel in the area for the oversold night(s), and will pay for transportation to that hotel.


Payment Information

  1. Full payment required upon check in.
  2. Guests that chose to settle their payment with any credit card will incur 2.0% credit card transaction fee.
  3. Any charges not billed at the time of your departure, may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of departure or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account.


Cancellation & amendment Policy

Amendment or cancellation of a booking has to be done 3 days prior to arrival date. Failure of which, a minimum cancellation fee of one night or more per room will be charged, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation email.


To cancel your booking, please complete and submit our cancellation form. Please note that any change in your reservation may change the rate and/or require payment of amendment fee.



No show policy

In case of no-show, the hotel will charge the one night's stay per room.
